We can’t speak highly enough of Andrew’s role in both selling our condo and purchasing our new house. He was highly recommended to us by friends and family so we decided to get in touch. He offered helpful suggestions on small things that we could do to make the condo as presentable as possible for the listing and viewings. The attention to detail that was given to our listing was fantastic, going so far as to send a professional photographer who was very thorough and someone to take measurements and produce a floor plan despite the small space (550 sq ft). We had an honest discussion regarding the value of our condo and agreed on a fair but competitive price.
