Efficient, effective and results driven. Great communication throughout the process and very efficient, never had to meet up more than the bare minimum required. Even then he setup digital signature process allowing me to do the transaction from home! He is very flexible and works to your schedule and preference. If you prefer to meet, he's always available. If you never want to leave your house, everything is seamlessly taken care of over email. Leased the same unit twice with him and both times we got asking and a very credible tenant. 10/10 would recommend and/or use his services again!
