We had high hopes when we hired Invidiata. Chris and Aimee were very impressive in the initial meeting to win our business. Unfortunately, once we signed up, the service became far below average. Some examples would be unreturned phone calls and emails (literally never returned), poorly coordinated tours and both of our agents leaving on vacation at the same time during the first week our house was on the market. I often felt like I was bothering the agents when I tried to follow up when they wouldn't return my calls. Who in the service business ignores phone calls and emails? They held back information and treated me like a child. In the end, another firm brought a buyer for my house and they earned an easy commission. They never followed up after closing. No note, no thank-you gift (as others have done), no phone call or even email. I've bought and sold many houses and would rate this experience at the bottom. I normally don't make reviews unless I am overly impressed and want to help out a business. But in this case I think both Chris and potential clients should know our experience.

I am the kind of person who does her own research and doesn't trust anyone, specially real estate agents. I had many bad experiences with different agents, including friends who are in this business. So obviously, when trying to sell our condo and buying a house, I was looking for an agent that charged less as I didn't think I needed much from them. I talked to Rimsha at that time but decided to go with another agent who charges much less to sell my condo. After a terrible experience with that agent and selling my condo much lower than anticipated, I decided to ask Rimsha for her help when purchasing our new place. She was very professional.
