I take this opportunity to thank Ally and her team for the precious advice and help rendered to our family when we needed to make the best decision in a very convoluted market, in an environment where not having the proper information and timing often proves fatal ... a sellers market. More than three months after working with Ally, I must say that she stands out as a superior Real Estate professional. We had at least three Real Estate agents in the past 20 years in Canada, and all of them just saw their own interest and because of that they generated substantial losses to us when buying or selling our house (e.g., moving from Montreal to Toronto or selling the previous house on Elgin Mills proved that bad decisions of your real estate agent could result in serios losses, of hundreds of thousands of dollars). So when we hired Ally I have asked lots of questions only to be very pleasantly surprised of two great things she demonstrated immediately: an exhaustive knowledge of the current and past trends on the Real Estate market and a clear strategy for approaching a market when seller is powerful and her client has to make a buying decision.
