Thank you Xenia for helping us make the impossible happen! We were a family of 3 with another on the way, and looking to move out of our 2 bedroom condo. We were not in a rush to buy, but were in search of a home that could accommodate our growing family. During the home search, Xenia was patient and never pushy. She was always accommodating and willing to accompany us on our marathon sessions... we saw up to 8 homes some evenings! Xenia always gave us her honest opinion of each home. She was not shy to point out the downsides of each home, but also came up with a plan to deal with them if we were still interested. After one discouraging offer night, we found our dream home 2 weeks later. Xenia provided us with excellent advice considering we were up against many other buyers. Ultimately, it was one key suggestion on her part that helped us succeed in the purchase of our new home. However, that is not the end of our story. She was able to mobilize the stagers, photographer, and her marketing team in a very short period of time, in order to get our place on the market within 9 days after the purchase of our new home. Our real estate fairytale ends with multiple offers and a sale on the same day that we listed our condo! Xenia may not come across as one of the cut throat real estate agents you see on TV, but that's a good thing. She is patient, warm, and friendly to work with. But don't be misled, when she wants or needs something done, she has the assertiveness to make things happen. Worked with Thelesa Riley from this group for several months where we were contracted to run ads/provide a CRM/contact & qualify all leads. After 3 months Thelesa fraudulently contacted her bank and reported all transactions as fraud (keeping in mind- she could cancel at anytime and we work on a performance only basis). Despite getting on weekly calls, generating over 100 seller leads and 5 appointments for her and advertising on her behalf. When we tried to reach out to her - instead of attempting to remedy the situation with us- she quickly blocked us from everything. I'm not sure if the entire company expects free work, and will do what I believe to be illegal activity- such as claim fraud -when services were legitimately rendered- but now our business who was just doing the work we were contracted to do may be in jeopardy with our payment processor (as she did 3 separate claims). So I do apologize if this person does not represent the ethics of this brokerage. Though we have plenty of ethical & pleasant people that are very happy with our service and are happy to be introduced to new home buyers/sellers in Ontario who I believe would represent the biggest home purchase/sale you will make.
