As a seller, pricing and timing are two critical factors when you sell your house。 You need to allocate an agent with sound business practice and track record for yourself. Pricing is simple, the higher, the better. While, how to achieve a satisfied or even an over asking price? The answer is Timing. Timing means quite few things through the whole transaction, among which, how to lead the balance towards seller’s side in that particular day or even in that particular couple of hours, is the essential of it. Grace is a born negotiator who can dominate the conversation and process, meanwhile, still keep following the legal policy and procedures. In my case, the outcome is a significant price improvement within just 2 hours. Selling house, sometimes, is a journey that you and your agent must go through together. You need to find her, then trust her and eventually, enjoy the accomplishment together with her. I would highly recommend Grace for you.

Selling and buying a home at the same time could be extremely stressful, especially when both happened in two cities six hundred kilometer apart. What could be worse was, your mover insisted that they come and finish picking up by 3 PM and will deliver next day at 8 AM. To be available to present in person at all critical events (ie. docs signings, closings, moving and receiving, etc.) was almost mission impossible.
