Jennifer helped me on my recent move, both selling my old house and buying my new house. She is an amazing realtor, and I recommend her fully. For selling, she had a great team who put together an excellent listing: got a handyman to help with repairs, the staging was very tasteful, and the marketing materials (brochure, MLS, video, dedicated website, Facebook posts) were top notch. The house sold extremely quickly and above asking. Then for buying my new house, Jennifer was wonderful because she had a good idea of what type of house was right for me, and was able to offer good perspective with each house we looked at. I was out of town part of the time so she went and previewed a few listings for me to speed the process up, and one of them ended up being the one we went with. She helped me put together a good offer and everything went very smoothly. Overall I highly recommend Jennifer. Very friendly and professional, works to understand what you're looking for, does a fantastic job with listings, and has a great team of people to help make it happen.

Ambrose was unprofessional, and condescending on first impression. We run a multi million dollar wrist watch company and within 5 minutes of viewing a potential office space he made a snark remark towards the viability of our products. Not only did we feel rushed and disregarded while he used his phone during our viewing, he did not call us back as planned folllowing the viewing and inquiry of two potential units in Oakville. We met Deborah in the fall 2014 when we were looking for a condominium apartment . She was super knowledgeable and professional and at the same time so friendly and made us feel at ease. She was always honest and shared her opinion with us. Deborah set us up to get daily email update of new MLS listings that match our requirements. She set up all the viewings we were interested in, drove us around to each place, most of the times 4-5 in one day. I would highly recommend Deborah and will definitely work with her again!

It looks like Deborah is about the only useful person working with this company. Was supposed to move into a my new home today only to be called last night at 10 PM to have my lease cancelled for something that was never discussed previously. The realtor Mirette Zaky was full of attitude and completely useless. We gave her first and last months rent and then she went on vacation for 2 weeks, coming back only 4 days before we were supposed to move in. We were informed the house was not previously lived in and could move in May 27th. 3 days before we were to move in we find out we cant and have to wait 4 more days. Then the day before we are to move in our lease is cancelled and we are now homeless. We have sent many emails and complaints to Century 21 and have received nothing back. We are now dealing with lawyers and RECO to get our money back as well as compensation for hotels and air b&bs we now are forced to pay for because they terminated our lease. Recommending to everyone I know to never use this company. Terrible business
