The lady (Shannon)that showed me the unit was super friendly, she was cleaning the place & tidying up. She definitely took pride in the building & her job. If the unit she showed me wasn't right above garbage, I definitely would have been interested in moving into a building like this. Thank you Shannon your doing a wonderful job.

Lived at 297 Queens for 4 years in two separate units, it’s a great building, nice and close to the mall, very well maintained, always clean, beautiful stainless steel appliances and renovated units. DMS Resident Portal needs a bit of work rent is a bit expensive considering the building is near a very noisy intersection, and the heat in the summer (and winter actually, pretty much all year) is pretty unbearable even with multiple air conditioners running. Beautiful view of the lake, they should clean the windows more often though so we can appreciate it fully. There was a bedbug outbreak last year, hopefully that’s been cleared up. Fire alarm rings WAYY to often for no reason, and not a lot of notice is given for testing days. I love the events they have for the tenants, hot-dog day is my absolute favourite!

I have no experiences at the place, but I called to inquire about available rentals, and the person didn't even answer when I called, only telling me that they had one rental available and then hung up on me. Extremely rude.

Lived here for 2 years so far. Great place for first time renters. Good amenities and great for students and small families.

only still here cause i a can't afford to go anywhere else, ants literally everywhere and all the building will do is "spray" the baseboards which does literally nothing because the ants are coming out of the ceiling and the shower head

Excellent place to rent. location is perfect walking distance from the Oakville Place mall, GO Station, and 2 plazas. A well maintained, clean building with a hardworking superintendent. Happy to be hear, always a positive experience.

I live in this building and I have a lot of issue with the superintendent. The current superintendent has communication problem, not clear and very rude too. You cannot complain about an issue to the office. Currently, the parking garages are being renovated and all vehicles in the building were asked to park on streets in the neighbourhood. The visitor parking is reserved for the elderly and the handicapped according to the superintendent. People who are neither elderly nor handicapped are parking at the visitors' parking. very unfair!
