Sandra, Sandra, Sandra... if there was an Olympic competition for finding a great place in record time, I think you would win. I am a seriously picky and stubborn buyer, who has a limited budget, and it was my first time buying a place. Basically a reality nightmare for most. I am not sure how Sandra did it, but she tuned in to my language and sought out my needs, wants, and even went above and beyond.
