WOW! Words cannot express how incredible this team is. They really know how to work together and with their clients. Buying a home as a millennial fist time buyer in this market is close to impossible. But Eli and his team are so knowledgeable and connected, they were there to coach us through the process where we needed it and help us make the best decisions that lead to our first home purchase (YAY!). We tried other real estate agents with no such luck. No one seemed to really care to work with us, get to know us or even pretend like they had time. What a world of difference made in our search once we contacted Eli and the Mavrikos team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was able to purchase my home from afar, during Covid - Eli did video walk throughs for me and made it really easy to purchase a home in Victoria where the market moves extremely fast. They were patient and helped with all my questions and follow up needed and coordinated with the other realtor after the sale was done and a few things were left behind. They also helped with the trades people coming by to do renos while I was still living 3 hours north. I highly recommend these folks when buying or selling.
