The thing that puts him over the top is his exceptional ability to negotiate. He knows what to say and when in order to get leverage and puts his client in a winning position every single time. Another area where he really excels is his team of professionals that he works with. They are all highly skilled and experienced but offer fair pricing and of course Ryan has negotiated preferred pricing for all their services. He's also a very experienced Realtor who knows and understands the business well. Ryan will also be a part of the transaction even after it closes and never loses touch. He is great at closing deals.
