Rarely does someone make such an impression as to motivate me to actually want to write a review, but Brenda did. We worked with Brenda to sell our mom’s home when she recently moved to an assisted living facility. Selling a house can be trying under the best of circumstances, but this transaction had to be done with great sensitivity to our mom’s situation and feelings and it also had to be done long distance in part as none of our family lives locally. Brenda managed things for us when we could not be there ourselves and was extremely helpful and supportive to ensure all the preparations to get the house ready for sale could be completed as quickly and smoothly as possible in the short time we were in Victoria to get the house ready to go on the market. Hi Brenda I can not express my gratitude to you for all your kindnesses. Best of all is my new home. Seeing the house in the sunshine and all the mold etc. gone (thanks to Barry) I just love it. It still needs a lot of TLC but that is a great challenge to me. The garden area is going to be fabulous when I'm done. Did you know that everything works - the centre vaccum, the sprinkler system, even all the outdoor lights? Without your patience and persistence It would never have happened.
