However, I was very disappointed after closing that I did not get a phone call that it officially closed. She stated it was a busy time but, I’m sorry I don’t think that’s an excuse. We decide to sell our house and purchase our retirement dream home. We were told by friends how easy it would be due the market and how great our home is, so we listed with an agent. While everything went well at first we quickly learned that even in markets like this, you need an agent with a game plan, insight on the area and most importantly a real sense to do right for their clients.
