I don’t do reviews often, but I can’t praise Allen Chase & Peter Morse enough, as they are top of the line in the real estate business. As a seasoned buyer/seller, we’ve had our share of bad experiences. Allen was available (text, email and phone as needed) every step of the way to make sure our deal went through - even though there were some major difficulties along the way. Our country-style century home (requiring a unique buyer) was sold in less than 2 weeks!! That is in the Valley NS market!! These guys do the research, spend time to help create an optimal sale/buy and then make it happen! The added value they bring is priceless. If you’re buying or selling a home you can’t go wrong with Allen & Peter.

I have refrained from comment regarding this company’s service for several months. My experience with them has been absolutely terrible. They lack concern for their tenants, they ignore basic maintenance due dillegences regardless of available resources, and completely disregard any requests or concerns of any of their paying customers. In the summer they put me out of my way in my unit when doing work in mornings, and now they have failed to fulfil all winter responsibilities at my building. They are extremely slow with removing snow and this is not because of being busy with other apartments as my neighbours have assured me that they have not cleaned other buildings on other streets. Anyone who reviews this company positively, you can be sure that they have a pre-existing relationship with ownership/management. An overall unprofessional company that plays the façade of being the opposite. Dreadful experience.
