My family and I were posted this year during the height of COVID. Pretty much my worst nightmare as there was so much I didn't understand concerning the process and so on. Melanie was go great with us. She kept us calm and worked very hard for us. We bought virtually (did not see the house prior to purchase) and thank goodness for Melanie. Her honesty and integrity was so valuable to my family. My wife and I wanted several houses that we had seen early on but Melanie's findings during the viewings kept us from making a mistake. In pictures these places looked beautiful and she could have sold any of them to us but she wouldn't do that because she knew it was a bad fit. WOW! Where to start! We first had the pleasure of meeting Melanie in 2014 when we listed our house – after it being on the market for a few months we took it off and I stayed behind while my husband made the move unaccompanied.
