Visiting a house with him is almost like doing a professional pre-inspection, where flaws and potential problems are pointed out which can help one make a better informed decision. Jeremiah is very patient and has a wonderful sense of humour that brought an occasional, and much needed stress relief as we sometimes felt that we'd never find the right house. On the sale side, Jeremiah gave us a fair assessment which didn't raise our expectations beyond what the market could support nor did he try to force us to lower our price unreasonably looking for a quick sale. A Must Read Review for When Only the Best Will Do The experience that we had with Jeremiah Wallace was nothing short of excellent. Our story started when we were moving to Halifax due to military posting. Initially we came to HRM with a realtor already selected thru referral from an acquaintance, with limited time to find a home, a dedicated realtor was imperative to our search. This did not happen initially and after failed realtors and 5 days of our house hunting trip wasted we decided to go in a different direction. Dedicated to his Clients Our first resource was online, and as we began, we seen the abundance of realtors and narrowed our search criteria down by reviewing their portfolios. Few actually took the time to introduce themselves effectively, but Jeremiah’s portfolio stood out among the rest. Throughout his bio he demonstrated his experience as well as his commitment to his clients. We were confident we had finally found the right person to help us find our perfect home. It was 7pm and we sent an email hoping he would be the realtor that would take care of our needs. Expecting a reply the following day, well…needless to say, Jeremiah replied within ten minutes and we had a meeting booked for first thing the next morning, not travelling to an office, Jeremiah came to us. Professional and Understanding Friday morning we walked across the street to meet Mr Wallace for the first time, already experiencing frustration, stress and urgency with our recent experience, you can imagine our relief when immediately Jeremiah put our minds at ease.
