From sending us listings that suited our needs, going through properties and being frank on the details on how things were, to drafting up offers, Mike was very helpful on all fronts. The most refreshing aspect of the entire process was that he was genuinely interested in finding the right home for us and not just looking to make his commission. Ultimately, we ended up finding a property that the owner was looking to sell privately. Even though it was now out of his hands, Mike still assisted us and gave us advice on the process. If I am ever looking to buy or sell real estate again or if someone asks for a recommendation I will send people his way.

Mike took the time to focus on us, had viewings organized on a great schedule (our 2 small kids in tow) and had done background information gathering in advance of our arrival in the properties we were most interested in.
