Although at least buying a house is expected to be full of joy, but the reality is buying or selling, you go through so much stress, due dates and conditions normally, BUT NOT WHEN YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GO THROUGH IT WITH SHARON SOLTANIAN AND HER TEAM. They are absolutely the best and most knowledgeable and professional. They know the market, they know the economy, they will know you and your needs and then relax and trust them because THEY ONLY AND ONLY WILL DO WHAT IS THE BEST FOR YOU! either they get any benefit from your purchase or NOT. In my case the exact same thing happened and she put my benefits ahead of anything else. The whole process became all fun and joy. I highly recommend them, Sharon Soltanian's office simply will become your home from your first time there. Welcoming as home and full of positive energy, taste, class and prestige. ***Do not trust the previous one star review*** Do a little digging and you will see the person making similar posts about multiple realtors!! I am the owner of the property in the photo of the previous one star review. The accusation is completely false and no such incident had occurred. Sharon had advised us to continue maintaining the property until closing. The photo is of the snow pile done by city and on our lawn, not obstructing the walkway. The property was cleared of snow as soon as we could. I have dealt with numerous Realtors in my past, no one comes close to Sharon in professionalism. Sharon was not only knowledgeable and highly competent, she is genuine. We had many agents knocking on our door with beautiful promises, we have trusted several agents in the past only to be disappointed. Sharon was the only one that promised to look after our best interest to the best of her abilities, and delivered remarkable result. Well welcome to a NEW World, of professional and personal agents. Kevin and Sharon maybe the most honest, trustworthy and personable agents I have ever met. Yes I said it and I will say it again. "TRUSTWORTHY" "They took my home and made it their own: I had my house on the market a couple months before with an inexperienced agent and I got an inexperienced result. A BIG NOTHING BURGER. Not one offer in a raging market. Sharon and Kevin took over my home, staged it and sold it for 155K over asking during the pandemic with MARKETING MARKETING MARKETING. They didn't sit back waiting for other agents, my house needed to be sold not bought, and they did it in less than a week. I can now say I don't like real estate agents except for two. I signed an APS to purchase a home listed by Sharon for my mother and brother to live in. 4 weeks after signing the agreement my mother and brother both developed Covid-19. My mother passed away within 2 weeks and my brother has been in the ICU on a ventilator for more than 6 weeks. immediately after my mother past away, a request was made by my real estate agent to Sharon for a delay in the closing for several weeks to provide time for an assignment sale. Sharon responded that this would not be possible because the seller had purchased a house closing on the same day and required the money. After offering to provide bridge financing to the sellers so they would not have any additional financial burden, we were referred to have a discussion with the sellers lawyer. We learned that in fact, the sellers had NOT purchased another home and a delay was arranged. However, Sharon would not initially respond to any requests to remove her sold sign. When the lawyer requested that the sold sign be removed to facilitate an assignment sale, Sharon responded that sign removal was not an essential service and it would take some time. I had the sold sign taken down myself after 2 weeks of requesting the removal. As the delay in closing was a result of a Covid death, I would have expected more cooperation from the selling agent. The house was resold 2 days after closing when, there was no further requirement to have Sharon involved. Unfortunately, this resulted in the complete land transfer tax being paid which could have been avoided by an assignment sale.

My family had an amazing opportunity to work with Sharon and her team when listing our totally renovated house with an extension in an amazing neighbourhood. We originally had our house listed with a different agent for 4 months in 2020 and she was unable to bring us even one viable offer, so we took it off the market. Do you want to face legal dramas because your realtor neglects your property?! I sure dont. Avoid Avoid Avoid. HER REPLY SHOWS ZERO CONCERN FOR THE INJURED SENIOR THIS IS WHAT SHE IS LIKE TO ALL PEOPLE!!! She simply blames someone else with zero professionalism or accountability. The sidewalk MUST be maintained by the owner yet here she is LYING that it is public land. Totally devoid of empathy and not educated in the laws of her profession.
