Young sook park is a bad and irresponsible agent. She booked my unit twice but never showed up, canceled or picked up phone when not coming. My wife is pregnant and we said clearly in our booking rule that all not coming agents must call to cancel in advance. Now I am understanding that this company may be terrible after reading other comments here.

My family purchased a home through this brokerage, and we were able to get all the necessary help here. The in house mortgage specialist provided us with everything we needed to know and prepared us for purchasing a home. The legal service to close the deal was smooth and easy. Not to mention that the agent Frank was very patient and kind to show us all the listings (loads of them) that we wanted and completed the deal. It was a long journey that took us a few months, but New Concept brokerage helped us to find a perfect starter home for us. Thank you all!

Alana, the office manager, os approachable, and undaunted when it comes to supporting sales staff. The office administration is always responsive, and timely, the needs of sales staff.

Terry Min is a terrible realtor. He did not show up to the showing we had arranged and confirmed 3 days ago, did not answer his phone or reply to the text messages. almost 7hrs from the time of the viewing, not any reply or apology for standing up his clients. Would not recommend.
