Eli and her team are perhaps the fastest, most responsive, most professional real estate team I’ve met yet. We were desperately trying to get our house sold when her team contacted us. Once we signed our agreement, she did all the staging work for the house immediately, brought in professional photographers, and started advertising the property -- all within 2 days! Within approximately 10 days our property was sold, and her marketing was so effective that we ended up having multiple showings each day. What perhaps gave us the most peace of mind is that she negotiated an offer for us that ended up making her a lower commission, but was ultimately better for us. And at every single point Eli and Amir would work on holidays to make sure that our property was sold to our satisfaction. This demonstrated her professionalism more than anything. I receive UNWANTED SPAM MAIL from this realtor (very frequently) for years. Even now during a pandemic I got someone from this place knocking at my door in the afternoon (weekday when many are working from home). They interrupted me while working and stood outside my door then left more spam flyers again. This is not only disruptive but against the advice of RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) who advise to limit all physical interactions. I have filed a complaint with RECO against Eli Bakhtiari Realty, I advise anyone else affected to do the same. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with this realtor.
