The duo of Deepak and Yashita is a unique combination we need for finding our house with the right kind of requirements. We had certain criteria's we wanted our house to have and Deepak followed it to the T and made sure all the requirement are met. You mention your requirement he makes sure that is in there be it big bedroom, the layout, Dimensions, good school, walk score. Deepak just doesn't have all the nuance of real estate in Canada but also makes us understand which I think very few individuals do. Most of the realtors I met earlier were only concerned about their commission but Deepak cares more about the individual satisfaction which makes him different from all the realtors around. Whenever we wanted to a make a house visit or wanted any info he was a call away, very responsive and available as per our convenience and dropped by whenever required. There were few instances where in we were inclined to buy some property but with his guidance and experience he let us know the drawbacks in the property and made us make wise decision. We are really happy with the house we have got and really love it. Thank you Deepak and Yashita for making us find our home :). I would highly recommend everyone either Buying their first home, Investing, Selling or leasing a house just talk to him once and you would know the difference.
