Frank & Anthony, this duo team is the best! They were so thorough and truly professional and great to work with. They kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. They were honest and forthright- no games; was always available to answer our questions and make us see what normal people won't even care about. Wow! We sold and purchased our home with this broker, and they did not provide us any discount. We thought what we received would be a better package (i.e. better broker support). However, it turns out that everything is the same. For the property we bought, the seller is a construction company and has a close relationship with the broker. Since the seller is a construction company, we put in a 1-year warranty clause in the contract. 2 days after we moved in, there is a flood in the basement, so we asked the seller to fix the issue. It took them more than 2 months to fix the damages. For the bigger part (the main drain pipe), they refused to replace it. Therefore, we asked our agent to speak with them, because warranty suppose to be part of the post-closing support from the broker. The agent promised us to speak to the seller like 3 times, and he told us that he HAS TALKED to the seller and they said there is no issues with the pipe. When I personally talked to the seller, they said the agent never talked to them regarding the pipe issue. I think the honesty and integrity is important as a real estate agent, but I am extremely disappointed in this case. I mean at least they should tell me the truth. I felt like that this company is treating their client as idiot. After you paid your part, it becomes completely different story. For these type of commission, you can simply find better agent in the neighborhood. NEVER USE ANDRE KUTYAN as your broker!

I have dealt with quite a few realtors but my experience with Wafa Kilani was like a breath of fresh air. She was always available and prompt in responding to calls and emails. She is very open, honest and trust worthy. Taking care of me as a client was more important to her than maximizing commission dollars It is relatively easy to finalize a real estate transaction if everything goes smoothly. The real test of a good realtor is how he or she handles a situation when things don’t go as planned. In our case the seller informed that that they would like to cancel the deal after both parties had signed off. As you can imagine further dealings with the seller were quite stressful as the seller refused to cooperate. Wafa dealt with the difficult situation with a lot of patience and understanding and made sure that my interests were not compromised. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a honest and upright realtor with great customer service.

I am aware there would be people out there who would buy it - this is Toronto. If I choose to do that, I will figure it out. You aggressive sales strategies are not appreciated.

We found Anthony Lagrotta to be very friendly, personable, and reliable. He answered all of our questions, and we had A LOT of them being first time home buyers. He took time explaining things and would make sure we understood how things worked, what to expect or do next, and worked around our busy shift work schedules. He sent us a listing for a home and the pictures were horrible, we didn’t want to see it. He said to trust him and go see it because you never know. We did, and we just moved into our forever home. Throughout the process I mentioned how important having a picture with a sold sign was. Unfortunately the selling agent didn’t put a sign up. The day of our closing we arrived to a hand made banner that read SOLD in huge letters made by Anthony. I mean, if that isn’t going above and beyond, I don’t know what is. Utterly appalled to learn that this Harvey Kalles brokerage obtained my personal information from a third party. At that rate it would not surprise me if they sell their client‘s data as well. The shark himself - Mr. Jamie Erlick- sent me a “personalized” letter about selling my home. My full legal name and address certainly was not obtained from the phone directory because any public listing is under my wife’s name. The conduct of this brokerage is egregious as it does not adhere to basic ethical principles, and is potentially not operating within the law. I will be investigating this matter further, and will speak to a colleague of mine who specializes in Privacy Law to ensure this brokerage properly destroys my personal data in their possession.

We engaged one of their top teams to sell our home. We were told by a few other agents that they were unethical. We just assumed it was sour grapes with rival agents. Sadly, after selling our home we found them to be the most unethical agents we've ever dealt with. We would never use a Kalles agent again as it would appear the management continue to be aware of (and defend) the unethical behaviour. They do well at luxury homes, however, if you engage them, count your fingers after you shake hands. We would never even purchase a home listed by a Kalles agent. There are many other good brokers out there.

Their sales persons came to my door to distribute flyers and soliciting. They not only rang on the door bell if without answer they would bang on the door really loud. The first question they asked when I open the door is “ Are you the owner of this house?” To be frank I am super annoyed by their rudeness. Not to mention they interrupted my meeting with my colleagues. Very angry at their behavior.
