David Soberanno was incredibly helpful. He was the listing agent on a condo I visited during covid concerns with an architect friend. David did not try to sell me on anything. He answered all questions honestly and let me decide. After dealing with other agents on other properties I knew David would work out a fair deal win-win all around and he did, and he even went to my bank to get a cheque for the offer. PLEASE READ THiS Pros David helped us sold our home in one week, He is professional and knows the neighbourhood pretty well. His assistant Ashanti is amazing, very efficient! Cons Told us will charge 4.5% for commission and will return 0.5 % if the buyer is his own client, that did not happened. The reason he told us was the buyers were hard working people, he had to gave them more in order to help them out. That was totally shocked me! And I do feel being pushed through my experience. He doesn’t care you expectation but only wants fast money. He told me he had cheque for me after our case closed, I went his office on a snowy day between my break from work, then he told me he was wrong they did not have anything for me. And also one more thing I want to mention is we verbally agreed to give buyer $ 380 for cracked counter top, all ask is add to agreement or anything that proof both parties agreed this as settlement, been told was too late and don’t worry about it. Now contact me about the buyer have my letters and want the money, so I went to give them money because they did nothing wrong. No letter for me though. You only response to me fast when you need me David!

In addition he refused to disclose what the commission amount he would earn on the sale. I found his tone, tact and stance to be dishonest and self serving putting his commission over his clients.
