Previously I would’ve given this office 5 stars and may have agreed with all previous reviews. But my recent interaction with Sarah Gheriani of Connexus Group has completely changed my mind. Although Sara was helpful at the beginning, she stopped responding to any msg with no explanation what so ever. After multiple msgs asking her what is going on, EIGHT DAYS after not hearing back from her, she simply says “I don’t want to help you look for a place anymore”. Although this is a right of an agent, a courtesy msg earlier would’ve def been appreciated, leaving a client hanging with a short deadline is beyond unprofessional on all levels. In my opinion, that is a disgrace to real estate agents. I have proof of all that if management at Connexus needs it.

Moving is generally viewed as a stressful experience for most and this past June I found myself not only looking to move homes but also relocating from NYC to Toronto in the middle of a pandemic. Daunted with the task, I received Justin's contact from a friend and I could tell right from the get-go that he was someone who focused on putting his clients first and most importantly, someone I could trust. Justin took the time to understand my current situation (ie: living in NY and not being able to phsycially see properties in Toronto due to Covid), my likes/dislikes, my financial situation and ultimately my long term goals. He set me up with daily property listing emails and we started to see places virtually over video calls. Justin went out of his to accommodate my friends who I asked to tag along in person in lieu of me and he made every effort to take and get all the photos, videos and answers I couldn't physically get myself. After finally finding the home of my dreams, Justin explained to me that the sellers were only taking offers on a specific date. Not fully understanding what this meant, Justin took the time to explain the process and we got into the strategy of how to land me the property. From bully offers prior to a bidding war on offer day, Justin was there every step of the way to offer advice, gain insight from the sellers agent and to reassure me that what I was doing was aligned to my goals. Fast forward to a week ago, I finally walked through my unit in person for the first time and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This condo not only meets my needs today but sets me up for success in years to come. None of this would be possible without Justin's knowledge, advice and honest partnership throughout the whole process. He really made my life easy amongst all the challenges the new "normal" has created and I'll forever be grateful for his help and support. And if you don't read nothing else but this last paragraph, just know that you won't regret doing business with Justin or the whole Connexus group (who also helped throughout). Not only did she help us sell our house in Scarborough for $40k+ more than what we thought we could secure, but she also helped my mother find a home for herself in Oshawa for around $250k+ Super professional, understands the market, high level of EQ, and a true hustler by heart and soul. If I ever have any problems or questions that need to be addressed, she was there. She helped me (who lives overseas) understand what I needed to know during my property selling experience, and also managed the affairs on her side so I didn't have the headache of worrying about the whole ordeal. Furthermore, she went above and beyond when it came to staging our house for sale to make it look presentable. We have worked with a few real estate agents before, and none of them ever offered these type of benefits and ideas which truly was the x-factor in selling our house. 20/10 rating. Hi to all that are reading this. My new wife and I are newly married with a baby boy on the way in Oct 2021. So finding a place to call our own was much needed.
