Shane is extremely knowledgeable, pointing out small details in houses that I would have missed. For example, he pointed out where there was a tiny bit of spray foam behind the baseboards and let me know the house likely had a rodent problem. He's always willing to go the extra mile and look at places whenever is convenient for you. He is quick to respond and an excellent negotiator. I would recommend Shane to absolutely everyone!
