Wish i could give no stars. I was looking on a website to help me and my partner narrow down what we wanted and what kind of pricing, % and such was expected. The site made me put in some information. I hate getting spam so i checked over and not once did it say I would get messages. I got multiple texts regarding listings. I felt like this was unprofessional. I checked the site and this address was listed so I am leaving a 1 star cause I can not express how much of an invasion of privacy that was. I double checked and not once did it say you would be contacted or asked if I wanted to be. Horrible business practice. When i go forth with my home search I will not be looking here for help.

This REMAX shows very poor ethics, and the staff seem to think they are entitled people. They have even shown racism. Be very wary of the people that work at this office and how they conduct themselves. A formal complaint will be made as it is unacceptable; all I can say is if you want to use Remax, try another office. I can’t help but notice the Peter Rabbits reviews as well. 60% down, and they won’t help him. Is it because he is Asian, as he’s mentioned or is it just a coincidence?

I came in to ask about a property. I was a walk in. I was eventually introduced to a sales agent. He wasn't able to look up the listing I enquired about. Apparently it got sold by the time I enquired. The agent gave me his card. I didn't have a realtor. He said he would look into it and get back to me. It's two weeks and he never did. I was interested in another unit in the building but it is no longer on MLS so I'm guessing it is sold. I have more than what I need for a down payment on a rental property. I am looking for a rental property. This office is not looking for buyers. Well, maybe not buyers like me. I could have put 60% down on the property I asked about. I am Asian, casually dressed, youngish, well spoken and try to have an open mind. Perhaps this is an unusual experience. I felt like I was bothering them. It's just a feeling so everything with a grain of salt. However, no alternative similar properties were suggested and my follow up call was never made. Most hungry agents follow up. I wouldn't want this office selling my property. I have no desire to buy a property from this office
