I was reflecting my first home I purchased with Hugh Cooper. I remember I didn’t know anything about the house market or the terms and process. Having no knowledge on real estate, Hugh made everything so easy and less stressful for me. I had THE WORST experience buying a home with this agent in Denver, CO and I kick myself for every working with her. Long story short, my brother introduce her to me since they are both working together. She finds him homes, he fixes and flips them, a fast process. She was even aware number one realtor in the Denver Metro area. I did not see that at all. She made me so frustrated, and I never felt protected from her, it’s always her way and “it’s the way it goes”. I look back when I worked with Hugh, and if I could have honestly worked with Hugh and given you my commission I would have done it all over again. I felt sick to my stomach having to sign those papers knowing she hardly has done anything and what I went through. Don’t ever change Hugh on what you do. You have a great formula. You’re HONEST and I needed that. You PROTECTED me, when I even made it difficult for you you got it done. You were definitely KNOWLEDGABLE with what you’re doing, even explaining the process. Keep doing what you do. Would highly recommend him and his team.
