I called this company and was told to "do more market research." I was looking for real estate in the trip- city area, but the agent Kaie said she did not service these areas and also would not refer me to an agent. I think I was not treated professionally because I have an accident as English is not my first language. This treatment is not acceptable and people should know about it. I asked if she can refer me to an agent in a trip city area and she would not after letting me know that she know someone. Follow up to the most rescent response from the owner. #1. I did finalized a property within my price range which was reasonable a the time. #2. Agent assumed that I need a pre approved loan to purchase a property on no basis. #3. Agent would not refer me to another agent in the tri- city area even she knows someone. Going forward, please treat all clients with proper due care and without a pre-conveived notion.
