Being originally from India, and new to Canadian real estate m, Joe really took a lot of time to educate us about the market, trends, things to consider like leasehold, wood vs concrete frame, water related issues, insurance deductibles, localities and their pros and cons, and every point in contracts, and documents. He also negotiated hard, even more than I would as a buyer in some instances, and looks out for our interests as he would his own. Over all highly recommended realtor.
