I am Very much disappointed with way that the agent Lisa Black handled the situation of our lease brake since the property was not in a livable condition. Even though she promised us orally as well as over email that she will refund our half month rent since we vacate the room on 15. Now she is making statement that she cannot refund the amount and hence we lost our half month rent. I will not recommend Lisa black as an agent for getting better support on your lease .

Below is summary of my experience with Nina’s professional services: - Nina knows the rental market very well, very often, she brings in rental income above my expectation ! - Tenants are properly screened through, without any issues during tenancy periods - Nina pays special attention to details of my properties, tenancy departures are taken taken care of, damages if any, are properly deducted from tenant’s deposits - I recently handed over a brand new townhouse to Nina, the property requires a lot of follow ups with Developer for deficiencies. First, I have to say that I loved working with Nina from day one. I can wholeheartedly say that Nina is the best Property Manager that I have ever dealt with. She takes her work very seriously. This is not just a job for her, she puts all her passion, her heart into what she does. In July 2018, I was working with some other property manager who had promised to do many things to get my place rented. However, he did not even meet a quarter of the standards of what Nina offers. I was left very disappointed due to his poor work and as a result my place stayed unoccupied for a period of two months. I decided to part ways with this property manager as he was clearly not interested in helping me find a tenant. I was recommended by another realtor, who connected me with Nina. Nina's attitude and professionalism stood out straight away and I was so happy to meet someone that had so much enthusiasm and was able to get my place rented out in no time and also, with very good rental money. Also, Nina’s service charges are very reasonable. I had to move to Toronto, and Nina took care of all the affairs for me. I cannot thank her enough. I also have a condo in Toronto that I also rent out, and Im still not getting the same exceptional levels of service that was provided by Nina here. To date, I have never found anyone as good as Nina. I find that it is very hard to find hard working honest realtors/property managers like Nina. It’s also worth noting that Nina always sticks to her word and does not just talk to talk. I have now been in the process of selling my condo in Vancouver, and I have to say that Nina has been outstanding in coordinating the communication through both the agents and the tenants involved whilst selling my unit. This rarely happens in the normal world, where you have someone so dedicated to do all this and this is not even part of her job, so I have to say a big thank you and FIVE STARS all the way. She not only helped me as the owner, but also protected the tenants at the same time. I will miss working with Nina, but I have already recommended another friend, who was having issues with their last property manager and that friend of mine is very thankful to me for introducing Nina to her. In summary of this review, Nina goes way beyond what is expected, an outstanding Property Manager.

We rented a studio from Nina for approximately 4 months. She did a good job and was easy to deal with. However, it is important to warn renters that you will get a fraction of your security deposit back. We left our unit spotless including stove, oven, refrigerator, floors ...everything. I was expecting to get a bill for cleaning of approximately 2 hours max. I was shocked to see that $350.00 dollars was taken out of our security deposit for 6.5 hours of cleaning. I understand that due to Covid there may be extra attention needed to a unit but 6.5 hours after a unit is spotless? I complained to Nina who told me I was lucky as most one bedroom and 2 bedroom places charge $750.00 for cleaning!!!! Nina also kept telling me that we should be grateful that she had to come out to our house to pick up a fob. What is she saying? How does this have anything to do with the cleaning fee? Just wanted to write this to warn people.
