I hate to say that it was extremely DISAPPOINTED with him. he is not HONESTY, CUNNING, GRUMPY and not professional at all. I relied on him to sell my property and trusted him what he said the price should listed on the market, it did not sale for a little while. Then he asked me to increase the extra commissions fee for the other party's buyer agent in order to attract the agent bring the buyer over. Shortly he was the one sold my property, then he took his seller and the extra Commissions. when I talked to him about the extra commission he took, he was very hight temper and scream on the phone and totally overpower me.
