We immigrated to Canada from South Africa in September of 2020, right around the time when the property market started taking off, and right in the middle of COVID-19. We met Steve and Jacqueline through mutual friends, and more honest and hardworking people, you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Steve never indicated that he felt we were wasting his time, when we looked at house after house without being able to make up our minds. When we finally liked something, we were always outbid, until we happened upon a property which suited our needs. Steve made suggestions, and gave advice in heaps and bounds, and did not rest until the house finally belonged to us. Sometimes Steve would phone me after 8 pm in the evenings with information or documents to sign. I honestly think he never sleeps. Steve is very particular in making sure that his clients understand the proses they are following, and in particular the legal aspects. If Steve is still a realtor if we ever decide to buy another property, I will be making use of his services, for sure, and if he is not available, then I guess I have bought my last property. With the help of Jacqueline's excellent service, I am delighted to own my first property. I found Jacqueline as the listing agent of a house I was interested in. While my offer was not accepted for that property, she ensured I had other properties to look at. As the search began and countless showings (and offers) were made in this hot market, Jacqueline did not once hesitate to accommodate all of my requests. There were times where I would message her beyond normal working hours to look at more houses and she replied quickly and efficiently to set up timings.
