Welll the service sure disappeared fast after an offer was accepted. My realtor stopped returning phone calls and ignored requests. Bad enough he convinced us to price our house below value and it sold in 3 hours. Now that his pay check is ensured the client is irrelevant. If I could dock his pay at this point I would.
