Overpriced apartments. The property manager named Matt is not knowledgeable about apartments and he has a very unfriendly way of doing business. I agree with the previous reviewer who said that communication with the property manager (Matt) at Malmac is not pleasant, and it made us feel very unwelcome and hesitant to ask questions. They lost our business because of this employee.

I lived here for 8 years. The property is clean and well maintained. Matt and all of the Malmac staff are very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend living at a Malmac property!
