I've been renting to this agency for 4 years now and I've received nothing but good treatment. When I decided to end my tenancy, they gave me 60 days to move, my last month's rent back and a very good review and referral for my new apartment. Sadly the only reason why I had to end my tendency with them was because they did not have a one-bedroom for me to rent. My roommate moved out and I saw no point in paying for a two-bedroom. So I had to transfer over to Dupree properties which again was a referral from this landlord, he's the one that got me in contact with them. In the end all I can say about them as a landlord is that you'll receive nothing but good treatment well being a tenant of theirs and if you do decide to end your tenancy you won't face a bunch of malicious actions because you decide you don't want to continue to rent from them. If anything they will help you find a new apartment and make sure that your life progresses without them correctly. They're more like a family than a landlord. After 4 years of good service I recommend this rental agency very highly.

I lived in an apartment owned by D&A Properties, and loved it. It was affordable, the landlords were amazing to deal with and even when my roommate was being a bit of a PITA they talked to me respectfully about it. The only reason I moved out was because I had decided to move out of town to the GTA.
