I am really privileged to meet Mr. Alexandar as I was buying income property in North Bay. I was trembling as I was looking for property management company to service my new property.... Listen guys.... I got 649 with Mr. Alexandar. There are no words I can say that will do him a service... but I will try.... First and foremost a professional, honest, straight shooter, knowledgable in landlord -tenant act, courteous..... As I said this is not enough. I am hoping I am not complete burden to him and his staff as they are really doing a good job.

Mr. Alexander and Sandra are one of the best landlords. I am presently renting an apartment from them and they are truest the kindest people. You move in to your new home, to a welcome home basket. Sandra and Alex, even got my daughter Christmas gifts, and helped support her fundraising for daycare. I would recommend them to anyone. :)

I stayed in an apartment for 3 weeks in May 2021 and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was spotless when I arrived. Alexander was extremely accommodating and responded very fast to any message. The apartment was well stocked with everything you would need including towels, kitchen essentials, sheets, blankets, extra blankets, complimentary Keurig pods etc. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and it was beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend!
