Our agent was Krista Toussaint who was great. We had very specific requirements of the house we were looking to purchase which took us months and months to find. Krista was never pressuring into any houses we saw, never complained when we wanted to go see another one of the many houses we viewed and was always very prompt and professional in her responses. There was a house we were putting a couple offers back and forth on which we did not get as the sellers did not accept our price. Krista never pressured us to offer more money so that she could get the commission and just kept on the hunt with us for another option. We did not sell our house and still own it and there was never any attitude or resentment from Krista that we did not sell and she still reaches out to us every once in a while to check up on us while never asking if we want to sell yet (which we wont be). The house we ended up buying was a multiple offer situation and our top offer was a little less than other potential buyer however the sellers ended up going with our offer on the sole fact that they liked dealing with Krista and did not want to deal with the other agents. If we had a different agent we would not have gotten the house we searched long and hard for. Overall I would have no issues or second thoughts to recommend Krista Toussaint to any friends, family or strangers. We will use her whenever we have any real estate needs in the future.
