My wife and I were the first customers of the Barry Team way way back when Emily first started in real estate. She sold my home and my mother's home in very short order when another real estate agent had my home listed for 6 months prior and couldn't even produce 1 offer at the same asking price. Emily took care of us. Then she got her 2nd customers, my mother and father-in-law and she helped them sell their house and purchase their new one. We used Emily's services a second time a few years later when she sold a 4th home for me or my family members. Nobody works harder, she canvassed the surrounding neighbourhoods and offered flyers showing how these homes could be purchased for less per month than what local renters were paying for their rented homes.
