Please be aware of Cosmo Condina as listing agent. He will make you take bad deal if he is able to get double commission (as buyer and listing agent). The house could have gone for over asking but he made seller take a loss to get double the commission. You should always have seller’s best interest in mind. How can real estate agents keep talking about how hot the market is and recommend their seller to take a loss only a few hours after the property was listed, with lots of appointments?.... who takes the first offer at less than asking with multiple appointments.. shady....Maybe he needs money?..... stick with RLP, Remax and others.

Kristy Fabiani was my agent and I could not have possibly asked for someone better! She worked with me for 3 months to find the best first home I could ever ask for. She is incredibly kind, professional, responsive, anything you would want in a good agent she has it all. Any house I wanted to see or get more information on, or whatever times worked best for me, she was always able to work around it to book viewings especially during the difficult covid restrictions on viewings. Any time I sent a message I would get a response back within minutes, even late at night when my mind is racing and I'm feeling anxious. I felt like I was somewhat of a picky/difficult client but she did not think so. She always has a smile on, a positive attitude, doesn't suggest things you wouldn't want or like, and is honest when she may not be familiar with an area. She is of course most familiar with the Niagara area but had taken me to many viewings in other cities in the Greater Horseshoe region within a reasonable distance. Super accommodating. She explained every part of the process clearly to me as a first time home buyer so I never felt like there was any "just trust me" moments or anything like that. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest her to anyone looking to buy or sell and I would absolutely work with her again for my next home!
