Stay away from Gerald "Jay" Cupolo... I hired him recently and he almost had me sell my house for $100,000 less than market price. Sure, he's a nice guy, friendly and all... but, I honestly doubt his intentions. Was he just after a quick sale? It is my opinion that this was the case. Luckily, I hired a new real estate agent who was able to get me a fair market price. I would've lost over $100,000 if I had trusted Jay.
