As a first time home buyer I had Daniel Nicolette as my realtor. I can honestly say, after the experience I had with him, I will go with no one else from here on out. He was very professional and very understanding. I work in the great north and wasn’t able to physically be present when viewing houses. He was very good with communication, as he always kept in touch with me to stay up to date about what I was looking for. The day of making an offer he constantly communicated with me and explained the process as I was very new to buying a house. He made things very easy, especially because we had never physically met and I had to sign documents from afar! Daniel even stayed in touch with me after I moved in to ensure everything went over smoothly. I had an amazing experience with Daniel who was responsible for making my dream of becoming a house owner come true!
