I just wanted to take the time out to say that the staff the maintenance manager that handles the repairs in our complex is friendly, and will go above and beyond expectation. Since Panoramic properties has taken over ownership of my townhome things have only gotten better. They staff and owner at Panoramic take pride in their properties appearance and keep it very well maintained. Definitely look at Panoramic Properties if looking for a good quality home and an affordable price!!!

Jolie Mertin was the person who helped us view the apartment at 2200 Sherobee and she was an extremely friendly person who spent the right amount of time explaining to us about the features of the apartment. The team from the panoramic properties who responded to our mails swiftly were also courteous and provided the information with a very quick turn around time. It was on the whole a very pleasant experience with Panoramic Properties.

There has been an ongoing power problem at 40 Front Street North since August 1st and panoramic said it would take two weeks to fix. It is October 13th and our power is still going off weekly. In any attempt to get updates or find out when the buildings power will be permanently fixed I have been met with dissmive responses, and a belittling tone. In a year where many people are working from home, it is unacceptable that my partner and I have to constantly worry our power will go out during a work meeting. Panoramics administrators have stopped responding to emails and the lack of communication has been very, very disappointing. Edit: As expected after their comment, they did not follow up.

Poor management I was dealing with Jim in St. Catharines. Jim was extremely lazy with collecting rent cheque’s and would put the blame on the tenants claiming they had late rent payments due to his negligence. I had never missed a rent payment and now am being denied a rental application through panoramic prosperities because of Jim.

I just moved into their Weinbrenner apartments that Panoramic manages, and the experience was a huge mess entirely due to the leasing agent, and was extremely bad at helping me through their screw up. I'll try to not write an essay here but the leasing agent forgot my move-in date (Saturday the 26th, was extremely clear in our ongoing text conversation, and I agreed to pay the extra days as the agent explained), so when I arrived the previous tenant was still there, the apartment wasn't cleaned or painted, and the leasing agent didn't know when they would be able to let me actually move in. I had to cancel my Uhaul, I had to ask the superintendent to be there for the Saturday internet tech, and the leasing agent was completely unable to keep me updated. Also the friend helping me move was only free on the weekend, which was no longer possible due to the screw up. But it got even worse. I texted the leasing agent the next day (Sunday) at 1pm politely asking where things stand, and got no reply, so at 8pm I called and he had no update so I got him to promise me an update for Monday morning. No call Monday morning, I still don't know when I can actually move and I have to now take a short-notice vacation day from work to do a mid-week move (and still don't know what day to book the vacation day). I call Monday afternoon, agent said they'd like to have the keys to me Tuesday afternoon, but would update me Monday afternoon (and of course never did). I called Tuesday, still no idea when I'm moving and it's the 2nd last day of the month, and the leasing agent finally confirms we can meet in the afternoon. I get there, the apartment smells like a smoker lived here (last tenant was a smoker as I saw the place in August to view it, but "was only here for 5 weeks") floors are dirty, several drill holes left on the wall and marks. I sign the lease, and for the inconvenience they don't charge me for the now 1 early day to move in. I have had all my belongings packed since the 25th and the one free day pays for about 1.5 of the take-out meals I've been eating for lunch and dinner for five days, so yay for that. I then had to pay a person to help me move since my friend works during the week like me, and I used a vacation day. Terrible experience, leasing agent could not have cared less, cost me money and lots of stress and frustration. Very very very very disappointed.

My family and I have been living in the Sudbury panoramic properties for just over a year. With any commercial property there's always hiccups but what my family and I have found from the day we moved in to yes even today - the maintenance staff and the office staff have been nothing but courteous and polite to us. No business is 100% perfect and no staff members are a hundred percent perfect. When work needs to be done yes sometimes they can take a little longer than expected. I completely understand that the upgrades regarding the landscaping does take time! We live in the North where weather is not always our friends. The work does get done and rather than complain be grateful for the beautiful walkways, lawns and landscaped areas. I do not regret moving in to the the Sudbury unit owned and operated by Panoramic Properties. It is a very safe and clean environment to raise one's family.

Unprofessional staffing issue. Their lawyer tries recruiting tenants for her personal rental units and emails to their generic email aren’t responded too.

I have been living here in welland woods since May 1st 2016. I have never had a problem with management or getting things repaired or replaced within 24 hours. I've had the pleasure dealing with Jim, Bruce, Nick, Lori and Deb. Fantastic people. I would definitely recommend this place. RG.

Not responsive to maintenance requests. Several emails sent. Dirty hallways and stairwells since they took over. Disappointed. Just to update, weeks later still no contact about my leak. Two months since I emailed first. Yikes.... Updated again: been over two months. Nice. Four months and still counting!

Don’t expect your issues to be dealt with in any rational frame of time. Very much a low-budg company despite their “renovated” units. Very leaky insulation, loud and obnoxious roofing, and just a generally superficial persona of quality units. Example: I can run hot water in my kitchen and within 1 minute I need to run it to get that hot water again. The drains often clog and I have to have a Costco-sized bottle of Draino on hand in order to shower without 6” of water around my legs. Much better options in the $1494+ utility price range.

Aside from the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Dave, we have had nothing but problems since we moved in August just passed. They always say they will call us back with an answer and never do. Right now the old Gas tank of about 20 years cracked and damaged all of our items in storage and having another rental tank put in is a hassle because we are getting the run around from both the gas people and panoramic. We aren't able to turn the water on at all because when we do the tank leaks more. This is a whole mess, and I am currently working from home and NEED the water on for more reasons than 1.
