I was weeks away from being evicted, and with two kiddos, and a therapy dog, it was impossible to find a place to rent. I was looking for MONTHS without luck. So I decided for some reason to reach out to a realtor to help me possibly find something, or at least relieve some of my own stresses while looking. As soon as I got in contact with Brad, a weight felt lifted from my shoulders, as he assured me that he already had things in mind for my family that would be perfect, and also that he’d advocate on our behalf. Hearing those words, when struggling for so long to find something without success, is almost as good as winning the lotto. Two (that’s it?!)! That is how many places we saw before finding something perfect for my kids, dog and I! This is where my anxiety would usually get the best of me, but Brad walked me through each step, clearly, to ensure that I acquired this rental. I can honestly say that I could not have done this entire process without Brad’s help, expertise and knowledge.
