Never again worst experience I've ever had and I'm sure they will put some kind of apology on here they appraised my home at 875,000 told me to expect around 900,000 then it finally sold for 851,000 they explained that there where issues with my house Well the are the one that evaluated it so I guess the issue is with them as are house was the first one to sell under asking pricei on are street for a long time.
