So, over the last 4 years I have now had the pleasure of working with Tara Sabadin for 7 real estate transactions. The latest one involved a triple transaction - selling a 4 plex, buying a new principal residence, and selling a condo for my MIL to move into our old principal residence. All of this during COVID, and on a hugely compressed timeline. Of course this was with Tara as my Realtor, and by chance Ted was the Realtor for the buyers who purchased the 4 plex. How I wish all real estate transactions could be handled so professionally. What seemed like an impossible task was done in the fastest turn-around time for a rental I have ever experienced (48 hours, give or take!). Regarding Tara, here is the letter I wrote to Ted a few years ago. Everything I said still stands. My husband refers to Tara as the wizard because she pulls everything together like magic. Dear Ted, I felt I needed to write to you regarding my broker, Tara. I’ve just completed my second property closing in a year with her and what she brings to the table is really noteworthy, especially as both closings were challenging. I’ve thought about how I could best explain exactly what it is she does which is so unusual, and I think fundamentally it’s this: when I am working with Tara, in every single interaction with her I truly feel as though I am her only client, that she is as personally invested in my deal as I am, and that nothing in the world matters as much to her as getting everything exactly right for me. Each and every time. When I recommend her to people, I don’t feel I am doing her a favour, I feel I’m doing THEM a favour by telling them about an absolute gem of a realtor. Please feel free to put all or any of this feedback on your site, social media etc. or if you’d like me to write a review on any media platform. Good people deserve to know about her!

Heather Toderick at Boldt has been amazing! She reached out to me around two years ago when I first started my home search. She set me up with a special online portal to have listings emailed to me that were in my budget range. She was always available for any questions I had, and we still kept in touch when listings were slower such as during the winter months. Eventually this summer I finally found my perfect home thanks to her! She even went above and beyond to make absolute sure that the building was pet friendly (one of my non negotiables) before suggesting that I go look at the unit. A few years ago my family bought a house that was tenanted (biggest mistake ever) we were informed by Boldt that the tenants would move out. Long story short they didn't. We filed a complaint to Ted (supposedly he was the manager) and he said "there's nothing I can do" We thought this was part of the deal but we now understand that some realtors are helpful and honest while others are not. It took over a year to get some things resolved. Wouldn't recommend!
