5 months ago we decided to relocate to the Niagara region, and our biggest challenge was to buy a house, this was even more challenging for us as we had a nightmarish experience dealing with realtors during the purchase of our first house, so we had absolutely no trust in one. After a lot of research we came across Adam's realty site and based on his positive reviews we decided to give him a call. From the get-go, Adam came across as one of the most genuine and caring persons in the realty business. Considering we were based out of town, we thought dealing with a realtor remotely will have its own challenges but Adam was available right throughout the process whether it be taking our calls at odd hours, changing our house preferences on the portal, offering a sense of comfort as the move was stressful for us, even going to the extent of offering to help us find a pet-friendly rental if we had to wait till we found the right house. We planned a visit to the Niagara region to do the house viewings, Adam meticulously set up house viewings for us over the 3 days. We only realized that our visit coincided with Adam's sons birthday a day into our viewings, and though he had plans with his son for his birthday he had made alternate arrangements so he could spend the 3 days with us to help us find our next house, and we sure did find a house, put an offer on it, which got accepted, all while we were there over a weekend. If you are looking for a realtor who is the best in the business, you can't go wrong with Adam! and by the way, while we wait for the keys to our new home he did help us find a pet-friendly rental as he had promised during our first conversation.

Adam was an A+ realtor. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions about the whole process (lawyers, mortgages, property taxes, home insurance, home inspections etc.) and he was able to answer ALL of them (or direct us to someone who could) even though it was outside of the scope of 'finding us a house'. He was super responsive through text, call, and email, and was always on time for our showings/home visits even when we went to 4 different cities in the Niagara region in one day. He suggested properties for us which fit our budget/location, and was receptive when we said we wanted to visit specific properties. Adam is a realtor who cares about his clients and not just making the sale. Overall, he made the whole home buying process easy and enjoyable and made us feel confident in our purchase.
