My wife and I found Jay and Alison by complete chance. We'd just been pre-approved a mortgage so decided to go and see some open houses and see if we could find a realtor that we liked in person. Jay and Alison were the sellers agents for one of the places we looked at and found their set up to be very professional, well thought out and used common sense in getting people to the correct listing (which seems like it would be obvious but we found a lot of realtors were lacking a fundamental skill of getting people into view a property). Jay was very welcoming and explained a great property searching service service that they provide, which we hadn't seen from other realtors we'd met (around at that point). My wife and I decided that we'd contact Jay about having him as our realtor and sent an email. We'd only briefly spoken to him at the open house but he remembered not only us but all of our comments and everything we were after, with no prompts. Two weeks later, we had an offer accepted and are now happily living in our first home. It was an absolute breeze working with Jay and Alison and they continue to follow up with us even now, three months on from moving in. I would highly recommend them as your realtors.

Great experience! Don't underestimate the power of a team. We were selling our condo in Langley and wanted a realtor that was easy going but also hard working. Jay and Alison fit that to a T.
