Elise helped us sell our home in a tough market and find a new one that was perfect for our young family. Both transactions were handled professionally and were stress-free in Elise's capable hands, even when negotiations got a bit tough with the buyers who purchased our home. Despite selling our condo during the pandemic's busiest season, Elise always made us feel as though we were her only clients. We recently sold our apartment and bought a townhouse and we are so grateful that Elise helped make the process easier. She answered all of our questions (no matter how many times we asked the same questions). When we looked at places to buy, she would point out things we wouldn't have noticed (eg. If the carpets are loose, or if the roof has recently been installed, or if the furnace needs maintenance soon, etc). She was super helpful connecting us with a mortgage broker when our option wasn't working out. She offered to bring her nanny along to help watch my daughter during our home inspection because we had no childcare that day. She even watched our buyer's daughter during our open house so the buyers could view our apartment!!! Elise has gone above and beyond our expectations for a realtor.
