I have nothing but good things to say about working with Jamie For starters, even after getting cold feet at the last minute just months before [sorry], he and his team were super efficient in listing our home. Within 48 hours the sign was up and our listing was online. Fast forward to the house hunt and, despite making him spend some sunny summer Sunday’s with us, we never felt rushed in the process. The first house we went to see was the priciest, so we went into it with the mindset that Jamie would try to “sell” us that particular house specifically. The opposite ended up being true- he told us all of the reasons why it just wasn’t right for us. Your satisfaction really is his bottom line. During both the sale and purchase, there were some mild-to-moderate issues. Jamie dealt with them professionally, and only stressed us out when absolutely needed :) From the moment we met, and I asked him how long our house had been on the market before we had bought it (he answered on the spot!)
