after being jerked around time or two for a viewing, we had a date and time set for my girlfriend to go look at an apartment/condo. when she arrived they said we were late, even though I have my written notes from my phone call with one of the women in charge of the listing that detailed the date and time.. this is really just the worst I have ever seen.

I found their service subpar. I felt like they make you jump through hoops just to get a viewing which seems unnecessary. The girls at the front desk seemed unkind and unhelpful on the phone as well. On top of that, I misunderstood one of the realtors names so I got a call back from someone else and he couldn’t even forward the email the front desk sent him to the right person. This guy told me to call the office again. Facepalm. I do not want to play phone tag. Can you not just email the rental manager and go from there? Also, I think they are monitoring the reviews as mine has disappeared once already?

Outstanding right form the start. We had never dealt with a property management firm before and were reluctant to have to give up rent money, but as we were too far to tend to the house easily having someone to deal with little issues and to help find tenants made things so much easier. In the five years we used Guy and his team, we never once had an issue. He was professional, attentive, and completely dedicated to our home. He offered excellent advice on tenants and changes to the property. Their rates were worth every penny for the peace of mind and ease with which every issue, from a leaky faucet to having to find new tenants at the drop of a hat, was dealt with. It made the whole experience of renting out a home a piece of cake and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to do it again. Guy and his team were awesome.

If you want someone who is truly working for you, your best interest, and your best future, then I highly recommend him and his team. We found our home on his web-portal search and he was able to get us in to view it the next morning. Because of his quick response, and dedication to us as clients, we were able to get our dream home and finally move to the Island, beginning the next chapter of our lives. We would not have had the same success without Dustin. We were able to reach him by phone or text whenever we needed advice. Dustin and his team were dependable, expeditious, caring and trustworthy from start to finish. Even after we moved in, Dustin followed up to make sure we were transitioning well and gave us very useful advice as first time buyers. My fiance and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or even for advice. If our friends or family ever plan to buy in the Nanaimo area, they will be quickly directed his way and if we ever decide to move, we know where to go!
